I have worked almost exclusively in medical negligence litigation since 2010. My journey in law started elsewhere and I qualified at a niche employment law firm acting in equal pay litigation being pursued against NHS Trusts and local councils.
On qualification, I moved to a role at a specialist medical negligence firm. I became a Director in the clinical negligence department and remained there for just short of 10 years. I moved to work in a serious injury department acting on behalf of private insurers in cases involving life changing injuries.
Subsequently, I joined a firm in Teesside as Partner and Head of the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Department before moving to Slater and Gordon.
I am proud to be Slater and Gordon’s Team Leader in the Newcastle Office. We work with lots of people from across the North East and beyond who have serious concerns about the medical treatment they have received.
