Complaints policy

Clients can make a complaint to us within a year from the date of the act or omission, or from when they realised there was a concern.

It is important that we address all your concerns. If you remain unhappy you can refer your complaint to a Legal Ombudsman.

You must make a complaint to Legal Ombudsman, within a year from the date of the act or omission, or from when you realised there was a concern.

If your unresolved complaint relates to an insurance policy covering your case, you may wish to contact the Financial Ombudsman Service.

You must make a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service within 6 months from the date of your final response from us.
